Perfect OEM replacement
They're a little pricey but much better than having to replace the entire assembly. What I love is that you can use it on either side. And after watching the youtube video on how to install took me about 10 minutes (okay I'm a bit slow). It's functioning great, just have to remember to keep the rubber side down so I don't have to repair it again.
