Hi, This is the area for seller reviews, i.e.; shipping speed, ease of transaction, communication, and so forth. The part review section is in the listing. That being said, EMPI does not cut the vinyl of the panel so the end user can cut to the appropriate size if desired. The masonite however does have the cut-outs that are required, so you can use an exacto knife or razor blade to open up the vinyl.
