    Good as new at a fraction of the cost.

    Looks and works like new but at a fraction of the cost of a new one. Also this one has a lifetime warranty which the new one doesn't. I've had to replace them on two of my Ford products, so I know the warranty might be needed some day. I replaced mine in 13 minutes for $150 (admittedly a reconditioned part). The last time I checked with my dealer he wanted $1,050 which included $300 labor! Either I'm an especially talented mechanic (don't think I am) or they rip people off. I sure wish I had people willing to pay me $300 for 13 minutes of work...that's $1,384 an hour. No wonder they have such bad reps.

    easy install

    Fast ten minute install followed by cold air flowing from the vents! The item was well wrapped, in a sealed factory fresh bag and plenty of bubble wrap. If you can use a ratchet or a nut driver you can install this control head. There are also excellent videos on youtube to help you. The item itself is worth every penny as to quality and performance. I am glad I bought it and hope you get one too!

    Works great but spots marked up display cover

    Control head works great, the only problem I had is that the displays red plastic cover looked like something got sprayed on it and left good size spots on it. I used a plastic spot cleaner on it and good 85% of it off but when the sun hits it you can still see the spots some. Don't know if it got on there during rebuild or came in that way but quality control should have caught it. Overall it was easy to install, functions well, and other than the display cover it looks new.
