    Seller has repeatedly refused to make right on a $119.00 electronic item that was damaged in shipment, after they packaged it in a poly mailer with no padding or wrap of any kind, and the box tore open due to a hard impact. The battery won't charge and they are telling me to contact the manufacturer. But it was damaged due to the seller's own negligence. Do not buy from this seller unless you want to have to contact eBay just to get your $100 back. What a terrible way to run a business.

    I received the item and the post office had it in a bag because the way it was shipped ripped open. Thank goodness the bottle was not damaged. I am giving a positive review because I just wanted to tell you that the shipping bag was torn open and maybe for your larger bottles you should pack them a little more secure.
