I feel I should've gotten a full refund. I informed the seller of that by placing a note inside the package pinned to the shirt as well as on the outside of the shipping package. The shirt I ordered was an 18 1/2 collar x 36/37 sleeve length, the shirt collar says it's that size, but in reality, it is not as you can see from the photos and video.

That made me nervous and I wondered if it was a scam. It was not. Now I need to wait ten days before I can buy another shirt.
