Fits well, good design. It is a bit bulky and does make reinstalling the cover a bit difficult. It can mount to the factory bolt holes with modifications. I elected to drill 2 small holes above to make it slightly easier. Very happy with how it fits and works. Hopefully this material is UV resistant. We'll see how it holds up over time.
