    Attached is the Ebay Message exchange. Item was NEW as described when arrived, but did not fit. We choose not to alter (file the opening) as requested as this could have led to issues down the road if needing to replace the switches again. My reason for the negative feed back is solely due to his behavior. When the sale did not go as he liked he turned into a bully, was rude, and disrespectful. I wanted to make Ebay and others aware of his tactics to ensure he completes a sale.

    Buyer was so impatience for parcel to arrive, she made threaten to open case, sent second parcel Priority and because she didn't read description which had measurements and some filing may be needed in some cases and in no way will it affect any future switches, the switches will overlap.
