GREAT SELLER!!! Ebay messed up the order (they doubled the order when I requested a combined invoice). I called Ebay and they said it was a "glitch". Ebay could not seem to get it fixed. So I asked Seller to cancel the order all together, which she did. Seller worked with me and was VERY helpful. I eventually had by sister-in-law purchased the ribbons for me because Ebay kept cancelling my order. The ribbons are beautiful and a great value.
