It tastes like the cream you would find in a chocolate filled cherry. If you look closer enough you'll see a honey
It's one of those honeys that makes you question of this is a real thing and how was this processed because white honey is one of those rare things in life. Looking closer you can see clear honey. Yellowish kinda, it looks white with the air bubbles you see at the top. Tastes pretty good to. Like the cream paste you find in chocolate filled cherry. Its sweet but i gotta test it out to see if it'll crystallize.

Good as Manukau for your health?
I love this honey. Yes it is white and the flavor has hints of watermelon! It was in liquid form and will pour. No granulation just very smooth tasty honey. I will be reducing my Manukau intake as this seems to satisfy my gut issue as well if not better than the $70.00 for a pound medium strength Manuka.

This is my first time purchasing this brand honey. We use honey a great deal in my home. I especially wanted to try a new brand for hot teas. This is by far, hands down, the best honey I have ever had. It's perfectly sweet and a little goes a long way as far as sweetening hot tea. The packaging/bottle is a lot better compared to any other squeeze bottle of honey I have tried. I absolutely recommend this to others. It's a great healthy choice that delivers everything you desire in a good honey. I will definitely be purchasing this again in the future!
