This order was paid for immediately and then cancelled due to their ship charge . The seller has not sent the package or refunded the money. I originally purchased three (3) lipsticks at $10 each. One was advertised at $4.20 for shipping. They did not see fit to combine shipping and went ahead and charged $4.00 shipping for each lipstick for a total of $12 for shipping three lipsticks. That must be their way of making extra money when they agree to a slightly lower price on their merchandise.

you requested to cancel the order because you did not want to pay for shipping, and you appealed the transaction saying that someone had used your card, but you kept insisting that you wanted us to send you the product. My business the first thing is honesty and respect. if a client request to cancel at transaction, i always accept it.
