    Only 4 stars as I am unable to change the Decimal point over to be more precise IE: XXX.X instead of XXXX or Change the pulses per second to pulses per minute. I can only change the Pulse percentage but not the Pulse frequency precision. Otherwise the unit works perfect. The use of this Signal Generator was for Stroboscope I built with a 24 VDC Power supply and a Perkins-Elmer / EG & G Flashtube power supply with a Flashbulb Lite-Pac.
