So, the seller is a piece of sand. He/she promises to send a new product instead damaged product. A couple of times I offered to return the package but he said “Don't worry, we will send you a new, undamaged cartridge”. And, after 4 weeks and several times of notification just f@ck me up. So, my opinion and my advice to you - do not believe this seller. Send broken/empty/any kind of unpleasant package - back, through eBay customer support. Waist of time and Money. Garbage.

Sadly, one of the large cartridges of black ink was leaking when the package arrived. I put my hand in the package and realized my fingers and palm had black ink on them. I discarded the leaking one and rinsed off six of the others that had ink on them. Of the 10 cartridges ordered, I threw out one and kept the remaining nine. It did not occur to me to take photos. One of my hands was covered in ink. I have always been very happy with this seller in the past.
