When she went on the website my eBay was showing and she ordered the hair color and didn’t realize she was on my account(no problem for me). She became concerned she saw my shipping address was shown, not hers. The seller graciously resolved the problem by issuing a refund. 5 star service!

Super responsive, professional, and perfectly packaged in its original wrap. I actually found a better deal after doing more research, but if you plan to use this product, I’d recommend pairing it with a 40 volume developer to avoid a brassy result. Great seller, even if the product wasn’t the right fit for me!
