Once again the USPS In Houston has embarrassed me again. The order was as described and even included a tool to help install the bandsaw tire, thanks for that. I initially received a heavily taped envelope only containing the tool and instructions. I immediately contacted the seller with a less than polite email. Soon after the USPS shows up with the missing items. I immediately sent a very apologetic email to vendor. Will definitely purchase from them in the future. Again my apologies!
