It had to come from the U.S. I have a smart T.V. and can not connect this device. I may need an adapter and tried on line searching for an adapter for Panasonic S500GF-k but can not find anything. Why don't Companies supply more information as to how to connect their products. I can not send this item back because it was shipped to me from the U.S. Waste of time and money. Will never order anything from the U.S. again
