I'm really disappointed with them. Frist I tried cancel and they didn't respond. Second It got shipped to the store if I didn't check it on Google the tracking number I wouldn't never know. And me being such an animal lover I cannot let an animal die so I had to pick it up even though I try to contact them to cancel. I'm only marketing positive because it won't allow me to put a negative until 7 days 7 days I am so irritated and and furious with there service
