I found a YouTube video by someone named ImJoel and it not only walked me through the E30 steps, but also recommended the 4 H1 bulbs that will be needed. I already had Smileys that I was replacing so I didn't need to add adapters. ImJoel covers that. And if you want to add parking lights for the supplied housing, ImJoel covers that. I went with 2 Auxito 194 LED bulbs as parking lights.
