4 stars out of 5, mainly because the provided USB power cord is unusable. the micro-USB end collapsed while I was inserting it into the relay.Also, there is no documentation with the relay. It's wiring, as expected, is set up to normally open, and it works perfectly as-is to start my fireplace. Another related detail is that there are no markings to show which terminals are which - common, NO, NC.But again, it's wired perfectly as-is.The back has double-faced adhesive strip.

I have looked for years for a way to automate my low voltage fireplace. Wish I had found this sooner. Would be nice if instructions came in the package, but after reviewing the online pictures again found what I was doing wrong. All hooked up and working great. My fireplace was the last thing to automate in my home. Very happy!
