Even though Shimano never documented this compatibility, 4700-series Tiagra 10-speed shifters are compatible with 11sp 105/Ultegra/Dura-Ace/GRX derailleurs (running the RDs with 10-speed cassettes) because they use the same cable pull ratio. Works perfectly.
