Great unit
Works amazing was easy to install have a 400 sq ft area and it heats very evenly and quickly can’t wait to try a/c. The fan always is quietly on when unit is on which makes a little noise which takes getting used to but not bad wish I would have got something like this sooner instead of using space heaters or window a/c.

One in every room
I put one of these in every bedroom, it chills each room down, it's like the penguin encounter at the aquarium, they remove the humidity as well, I was having problems sleeping, these have helped alot, my kids can set the temperature in their rooms wherever they like, turn them all on or just one on, they are super effecient, I thought the electric bill would be crazy but it's not at all, it's far more cost effective to run 4 of these than the main central air, I'm going to get two more, on is going in the garage. PURCHASED IN 2020 INSTALLED IN 2021 new construction custom home Worked fine for 2 months, heating, loved the digital screen on handler showing temp set , and controls as set,. after 3 month the compresser started to get very loud outside, everytime it turned on, it started with a hum, then louder hum, and as if a jet engine gets louder for take off, at night, our neighbors could hear it, and thats over a 1/4 mile away, thought i was running our large compressor all night. Pioneer said, well under warranty, but,, I would have to pay to have a tech out to install & welded on, plus new refrigerant , and cheaper for them to ship a new unit, IF I paid for ship $200 and the install $800+ THEN, after a year of rare use, once or twice a week, it completely stopped working. So, had ... Very pleased with this purchase. Installed about a month ago and so far it’s been flawless. Cools 500 square ft room with outside temps in the hundreds no problem. The only thing I wish you could remove the cover to have access to the refrigerant lines cause I had to make my connections behind the unit but you can tip the unit up to get behind it. Not a huge deal but would make the install that much easier. I do recommend!!Very pleased with this purchase. Installed about a month ago and so far it’s been flawless.
