Cost effective but the install wasn't easy
Not easy to install. Be careful as you remove the old CyberPower battery packs...pay attention to the wiring you are disconnecting so you connect it properly to the new packs. For some goofy reason I had a third jumper wire fall out of the UPS as I removed the old packs. Took me a while to figure out it didn't come disconnected -- it was simply an extra jumper to be discarded. All in all it's a good quality battery pack much cheaper than CP-branded packs. I would buy again.Not easy to install. Be careful as you remove the old CyberPower battery packs...pay attention to the wiring you are disconnecting so you connect it properly to the new packs. Good replacement UPS batteries
After a momentary power drop (blown transformer nearby) I found that my UPS for the PC wasn't working. Since it was eight years old I figured it was probably the batteries that died. These seemed to be the best value for the money. They were shipped promptly and arrived ahead of schedule. Perfectly matched the old batteries. Replacement was simple and they recharged within a few hours. APC working again at a lower price than replacing! Wahoo!
Our APC has two new batteries at a far lesser price than replacing the unit. It was far easier than one would think to swap out the old batteries for new. I will be doing again for any other units that need replacing! I suggest that you put a towel on the table to prevent scratches and have the unit at a good level.
