Works perfectly and easy to configure
Worked out of the box with my Lexus LX450. The configuration is quite simple: - Put the key in the ignition and turn it to "ON". - Look under the driver's seat from the right side, you will see a small box with a green button. - Press the green button for 3 seconds (you might need a thin long object for this). - Press the remote button you want to use, it will be now configured. - Repeat for the other button if you want to use both.Worked out of the box with my Lexus LX450. Worked for my LX450
Funny how only the top button gets programmed, but it works. Most affordable option I could find after losing the factory remote. Only point to troubleshoot was to make sure all other remotes were cleared from the system before programming the new one. Clicks twice to unlock. Super easy fix for my 97 Lexus LX450

Awesome key fob
It looks like the original key fob and made with good Quality plastic. I was unable to program the key to my land cruiser but I think it is something on the vehicle side not the key.
