Very happy with this fabric. It's a plush velvet feel with body. Not the slick, soft feel of a velvet fabric. I would say a MEDIUM weight. Just what I was searching for. I wish they would provide FREE samples. I wasn't willing to spend $5 for a sample. After narrowing it down, I gambled and purchased. I won out. Color in photo is accurate.

The delivery had a little hiccup but the seller promptly sent a new one. As for the fabric, it looks as beautiful as the picture. The Chenille pile is a little bit bristly for those that would like to know how the fabric feels, it is coarse overall. I appreciate the sellers helpfulness.
