Not a reliable product
UV-c light ballast I received had date stamp from 2016. It is 4 years old, wires had spots on them, had to clean with bleach just in case, because didn't know if it was mold or just dirt. Bulb didn't want to start, waited for an hour. It had hot coils but would not start. After shaking for 10-20 seconds it started to work. So, every time I restart it I have to shake it. Can't put it on timer.
