Had a bit of trouble getting it set up but that was probably just me. After getting the extender set up and then moving it to the location I needed, I found it to be awesome! I have Amazon Prime and was having so much trouble trying to watch videos. They would play for a minute or two and then stop to load. Now with the extender the videos are playing with no problems. I got the Netgear for 23.00 and love what a great deal I got on a great product! Thanks!

Sorry, as nice as this device is compact and easy to set up it, doesn't work the 40' to my Blue-ray player that I watch Netflix on. I just bought some flat ethernet cable and wiring direct from the router.

I've purchased many extenders which took days to install and never really helped. I have purchased at least 5 of these for not only myself but friends and family. I'm not a technical person so I was happily surprised when it took less than 5 minutes per item to get up and running. They are so inexpensive compared to some of ones I've previously purchased and so far, these have been the only ones that have worked.

I bought the unit to install in my parents' house, full concrete 2 story house. The router in their house in on the 2nd floor and they had no reception in their bedroom on the 1st floor. Bought the unit, took 2 minutes to install, plugged it into an outlet in their bedroom and - boom! - wifi working like a charm. They were very happy, I was very happy.
