    Not ready for Prome Time

    The CW paddle mechanism I bought arrived all chromed and pretty. A closer look showed it was shipped without being set up as the factory direction said....to keep from being damaged during shipment. The plastic paddle ends were very loosely riveted in place and required removal and tightening before use. Luckily, they did not crack during that evolution. I loosened all screws, reset as per instruction and my experience. They work now. But to a new guy this item would have been returned.

    Great paddles

    Great price and product. This is a set of paddles and not a keyer. A keyer is an electronic device that is triguered to send dots or dashes by a set of paddles. Do your research and you will be fine. You can get all you need on E-bay.

    Mechaical wieght of spring tension

    Had to modify the spring tention to be 37% less to accomadate this for comfort of operating. Otherwise its a fine instrument.
