Works great and delivered earlier than expected
It's just a 1620 or something like that with leads on, but I'm not taking a soldering iron to my laptop. Much easier to buy a battery that someone else has attached the right leads to, and then it's a five minute job to have the computer back up and running. Fitted into the T430s with no problems. Can't ask for better.

Easier to install than you might think.
Installed in a Lenovo ThinkPad T410 as a replacement for a dead CMOS battery. Remove the screw on the bottom side of the laptop where RAM expansion is housed. Then, slide the keyboard toward the screen and lift upward. The CMOS battery will be exposed. Afterward, you'll need to boot up the laptop, hit F1 to enter BIOS and set date & time. Works great.

Perfect solution to the T410s space problem; works perfectly.
The perfect solution to the disk space issue for the Lenovo T410s, a computer that doesn't use SATA drives. The ultrabay slot is a complete bargain, and worked instantly and seamlessly with a 500gb SSD, has no problems with SATA drives, and has given me the perfect solution to the space problems.
