The package was placed on the sidewalk near the driveway. One reason we have a Ring camera is to monitor when packages are delivered. The placement of this package was not in view of the camera. Also, the covered porch would protect the package from rain. FedEx is the only delivery company who doesn't put packages on the porch. You may want to think about changing delivery companies.

Seller packed the case very well, added tracking, and followed up with an email when delivered. Excellent customer service, and while the case may look cheap its very durable and cut from enough material to hold your dvds in place and fit properly. Thank you again
