    Big Gator V-drillguide is great!

    This little device is terrific. It's precision built, sturdy, and compact enough to fit in most tool bags or boxes. The picture makes it look larger than it really is (about 8" long). The size, in my view is an advantage since it can be clamped onto most any project for a precision hole that is perfectly centered and plumb. Definitely a good tool for wood workers, luthiers, metal workers or anyone that needs to drill holes that are straight and plumb.

    Quality is good but not very useful.

    The overall quality is good but it's not very useful for drilling holes which is why I bought it in the first place. I bought this for a specific job and it didn't work too well. It is not very tall and the drill tends to wobble.

    As Expected

    Drill guide is way better than trying to free hand a square hole. If you are looking for accuracy I recommend a bushing holder that be clamped in place and the hole size stepped up while switching out bushings based on drill size rather then repositioning your drill block each time the diameter is increased. Other than that, a nice quick guide that is well made.

    No drill press but pretty damn close

    Bought this product to drill a rear axle housing to tap and install studs. Basically if the studs weren't straight I wasted a 270 dollar axle that was the only one I could find on the east coast! I used some welding clamps to lock it down flush to the housing and drilled and tapped for four (out of 8) studs I used it to keep the bits and the tap straight, worked flawlessly!!! Definitely recommend

    V- Drill Guide

    GREAT tool !!!! It really is like having a portable drill press. It takes the guess work out of drilling a centered hole in round and square tubing, and the hole center marks on the sides are a huge help in getting your bit lined up. Well worth the money. Perfect for drilling in motorcycle frames, roll cages, etc.
