Use a clamp to hold one side in place, and then stretch onto wheel. Make sure provided tool is in before allowing to snap in place, and then move it around to even out the tension. Would buy again, band blade now stays on. Thanks

Once again the USPS In Houston has embarrassed me again. The order was as described and even included a tool to help install the bandsaw tire, thanks for that. I initially received a heavily taped envelope only containing the tool and instructions. I immediately contacted the seller with a less than polite email. Soon after the USPS shows up with the missing items. I immediately sent a very apologetic email to vendor. Will definitely purchase from them in the future. Again my apologies!
