I took advantage of the 'Buy 3 Get One Free' deal as I'm buying gifts, and I'm so happy I'll be able to treat the recipient to an extra colour. The seller's communication is excellent, I was accidentally sent a wrong size nib set but they sorted it for me with the correct ones sent out in no time. Would shop here again should I need any more POSCA gifts.

They said they would send the correct one right away but it never arrived. If they were out of stock as shown on ebay and didn't have one to send they should have told me. The reason I am giving them positive feedback is because once I asked for a refund that happened within hours plus I gained a pen even if it is the wrong one as they didn't want it back and their email responses were same day!

I normally buy my size 0.1 pens from a different seller, they didn't have the size 10, so now I will be buying all my fine liners from this seller as the service was100% as everything was 100%
