There are two very good workouts on this DVD - one all cardio, no weights; the second, weights with cardio intervals. The cardio workout is about 50 minutes long and the weights workout is about an hour. My main criticism of the DVD is that neither workout is divided into sections so that one may choose to do a shorter or longer workout. I typically work out for ~30-40 minutes. I would use this DVD more often if I could adapt the workouts to fit into that time period.
