My dog is usually the best dog when it comes to taking medications---until this one! I've been given him the enteric coated tablets until it became more expensive and difficult to find. So, I thought I'd buy the chewable, thinking that it might even be easier to give to my dog. The pills are approx. the size of a quarter and about 1/4 inch thick and are not flavored. He chewed the first one and has refused them since then. So, now I have to break them up in 2-4 pieces and put in canned, moist dog food. I wish I'd stayed with the enteric coated but it's early in the process.

My dog refuses to eat or take these pills, tried to mix it in her food and it must taste so bad that she digs out the pills and it’s left in the bowl. Tried to pulverize the pills and mix it in and then she wouldn’t eat any of it. Spend a bit more and get some from the vet, caplets

Making the expiration date part of the item listing closed the deal. This is a "trust me" item for all other internet sellers, even the big houses like "Pet**ds". Keep doing this, and price w/ common sense, and you will sell all you can list. Your customer base care enough to spend money on what their animals need. Offering current meds at the best price available helps medicate more dogs who need it. Keep it up!

My terrier mix had a large mass in her liver Sept 2014. She was 13. It was cancer. We have given her the chewable Denamarin ever since on advice of the cancer specialist vet. She is 16, has arthritis but still can chase those squirrels! We attribute part of her longevity to the Denamarin as it helps her liver work easier. We are careful to give it to her 2 hours after food & no treats/food for 2 more hours as per instructions. This is not a safety factor I don't believe, just is more effective. Quigley has had no side effects. She does hate it even though it is the chewable pill so I break it in 4 pieces (just with fingers as it is soft) and "serve" it with easy cheese. Loves it now!

my wire-haired fox terrier was diagnosed with liver failure about 6 months ago - the vet recommended this along with a prescription diet and careful monitoring...with these tabs daily she does not throw up, she is bright and energetic, and she has a great quality of life. Please be sure to give on an empty stomach...I did not know that on the first round, and did not have positive results!
