My Starlight Pleco arrived protected by both a large, thick cardboard box AND a large Styrofoam box. Seller placed a large heat pack inside the packaging, which provided warmth for the Pleco. To anyone purchasing fish from seller right now - pay the $45 extra for overnight shipping. A heat pack is helpful - but with overnight temps in the low teens to upper 20's, it's a risk not doing overnight. A++ TRANSACTION IN EVERY WAY.
