Bought this for home use, so can't comment on commercial use. I decided on this after researching and eliminating every oven of this size under $250 (new or used). If you're tired of having to bend over backwards looking for pans for your compact (but larger than a toaster) oven every time you need to bake a few loaves of bread or batch of cookies, then this is for you. If you're tired of your compact oven's heating element burning your french breads because it's just a conventional oven with a fan on the side posing as a convection oven, then this is the oven for you. I love the tight seal (saves energy, too). Love how quiet it is. The dual pane door feels nice and luxurious, and stays pretty cool. Controls are very simple: temp (which is also the on/off). The timer is just that, a timer. Warning: this oven is deep! Best part is, it actually makes our baked goods taste better. Probably the best kitchen purchase I've made. Read full review

I have owned 5 convection ovens in the last 15 years, this is the best by far. It is the most expensive I have purchased, and well worth the extra money. It cooks evenly, is well insulated and is easy to use. I love it.
