Items were new and similar to OEM but different enough to not fit on my factory wheels. Worked with the seller to arrange a return and refund. I'm satisfied with how things turned out.

These parts are listed as OEM, but they are AFTERMARKET pieces (non-Toyota part number on the back of the piece is shown in their pics) and they don't fit because they are slightly undersize.
I asked the seller to take them back and they didn't respond. I've put in an official complaint to ebay to get them returned.
