The mounting holes and locations were a perfect fit for my 2003 Mahindra 4500 but the rear bracket was about 1" too short, I used longer bolts and a stack of washers to raise it. Overall a very good replacement for the original, the fact that the seat cushion and back are easily removed for future replacement makes it better than the original. One negative: No bracket for the triangular slow vehicle sign. Shipped in one day and received excellent condition.
