Great compact screen for Arduino projects
This screen is small and compact but the resolution is impressive and it is easy to program using various Arduino libraries. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a compact screen to use in an electronics DIY project. The screen can display a multitude of things from simple text to complex bitmap images. You can display sensor values and a number of other things as well.

Works great with ssd1306 library
Tried this with a cheap nano and powered directly to the nano's 5V power rail, getting power for the whole setup from the USB cable from the computer. I used the ssd1306 library from the Arduino IDE and it works great. Most of the demos I tried worked fine.

0x3C not 0x78
As another reviewer said, use the adafruit ssd1306 library, then change the I2C address to 0x3C, ignore the 0x78 on the back of the device...other than that it works great

With the provide video, had the display up and going within 5-6 min. Had several colleagues comment on how nice the display looked. Connected it to a Teensy 3.1 very fast updates. Love the 4 wires connection I2c interface.
