In my opinion, there is only one small minus of the product - not enough to hear high sound frequencies or too loud to hear low sound frequencies. If you turn up the volume, the bass is very loud. If you turn down the volume, it is not enough to hear high sounds, you may not hear some words during a conversation. Regarding the seller, everything is great! I am satisfied
