So technically the item arrived damaged, bent, and wrinkled, however, that was not due to the seller’s fault. It was 100% due to poor handling and negligence from UPS. Although my poster is damaged, the quick response and action from the seller was absolutely stellar. They immediately looked into issue with UPS, and provided me with a full refund. 10/10 for this interaction and solution from this seller, and 0/10 for UPS and they’re package delivery and handling skills.
