As for product, I’m a little disappointed, it’s not as sharp as I like. But I’ve have professional equipment that’s about the same. I trimmed about 75 feet of box woods yesterday with it. I did put some WD 40 on it and it improved the cutting difference.

In over 20 years on eBay I have never had a bad experience; until now. This item was marked as new in an unopened box. As received the box was opened, staples not there, tape ripped off and the box was crushed. I contacted the vendor they said it was un-opened and blamed the shipper . No damage to the shipping box. Still claimed it was new in an undamaged, stapled box and not accepting any of my photo evidence. Belligerent to the end and made no attempt to rectify. Find another vendor.

    Hats off to Dewalt what a fine product!

    I have utilized Dewalt cordless drills for a couple years very satisfied with their performance and reliability. I have two one used constantly for pre-drilling in installation of deck screws, the second for driving the screws that have a range of Tork drive requirements, ( size ). Recently my two old faithfuls unfortunately ended under 4 in.s of water at the bottom of a 5 gal pail utilized as a tool box. I removed the batteries drying all in direct sunlight for a day at first attempt to test one drill failed while the other ran though the light would not go out. Believing they had both been damaged I order two replacements from ebay. Then the miracle happened both drills I found fully restored after 3 days on the shelf.     Great Hammer Drill did the job I needed quickly and effeciently.

    Great Item. Did exactly what I needed. Had to run new water lines that required drilling 1" holes thru filled concrete blocks. Had a regular Dewalt Drill, but got the hammer Drill, and it did a fantastic job Had 14" long 1" drill bit, and it went thru very well and fast. Did have to switch batteries, but they recharged quickly. So with 2 batteries never had to stop.

    Time saver

    Had one for years and dropped it off house on concrete and demolished it. Can’t make it without my dewalt hammer drill. Hope this one last as long as the last because it paid for itself on its first job!
