Seller stated that he had sold this book at his physical store and abruptly cancelled the sale at the last minute. Upon checking his feedback I found that this seller has a history of doing this. Not sure why EBay allows him to continue doing this to buyers without repercussions.

I bid fairly and after I paid, seller refunded my money and said it was out of stock. If it was sitting on his shelf to list, just because I won a low bid it’s now out of stock. He did refund my money but if sellers list an item they should have the item in their possession to ship like most eBay sellers. Why do I get screwed all the time from third party shippers.
