The only problem I had was the listing implies New meaning no flaws not New other or Used as I did not notice the card and tape discoloration on the figures I purchased. It is my opinion the set should have been advertised used damaged. They were packaged well and delivered on time.

Per eBays given definition of New & Used they are New & not damaged. Im a private collector, not a store & im only human & as such i NEVER list anything as mint or even imply as much because EVERYTHING, in my opinion, ALWAYS has some kind of shelf wear no matter what but i try to point out any actual flaws but i miss things at times that's what the photos are for & why they are a LARGE part of the description in listings & also why eBay has the ZOOM feature which is available on all my listings!
