Buyer ordered a three pack comic combo with one item market valued at $30, one at $8, one at $3 and ordered cheapest economy shipping. I made no money on shipping. Price was $19.99 (50% off). Buyer complained cheapest item was damaged by Post Office mishandling economy shipping. Since her cost for the allegedly damaged item was $1.50, I offered her a $3 refund, which she accepted. I thought the matter had been amicably settled and was shocked when she left negative feedback 3 days later.
