It shows a plan for how to transition from a current eating pattern and get into keto without going through withdrawal or hitting energy lows because your body isn't ready for it. There's lots of helpful background information on why keto is so good for you, although I like to see references and sources instead of "experts say..." There are also food lists, meal plans and recipes that are very helpful and delicious. I highly recommend this book.
