Comic as described, well packed and very promptly shipped. More importantly, the seller was amazingly helpful. There was a problem with the label -- CGC's fault -- that was noted on the listing and in the photos, but I somehow missed it.
Fred offered to send it to CGC to be re-holdered at his own expense and also offered a refund. In addition, when he sent the item, he included a free comic. All in all, exceptional customer service and communication -- couldn't recommend him more highly.

I said " positive"- the seller Fred took all possible care in trying to ship the item fast. It was extremely well packaged to protect it and he did a great job of communicating with me. What needs to be looked into in order to help Fred and possibly other sellers is the shipping process. The item took a week to arrive because the route it went made no sense.I live an hour south of the seller and the item went an hour and a half west then back to the origination area and then to me. Tracking: BS

I was fortunately the buyer had patience for this order. Unfortunately, this effects local sales around the Syracuse, NY area. Ever since the USPS went to ground advantage, everything that ships out of the main hub in Syracuse gets shipped to Rochester NY and then back to Syracuse. Makes no sense. Now what took a day or two takes a week. First class package was replaced with ground advantage which stinks. Will be looking into shipping local stuff with Fed X or UPS in the future.
