Adding a condition or professional grade
You can add a condition or professional grade to your card when image scanning or manually adding a card to My Collection. Here’s how to add a condition and grade to your item from the item view page:

- Select the condition from the dropdown menu.
- Toggle on “Graded” if your item has been professionally graded.
- Select the Professional Grader and Grade from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your certification number.
Tip
If PSA is your professional grader, after completing the above steps you can select Check PSA data on the item view page. From here you can review card insights from PSA such as the total population of all PSA cards listed at a particular grade.

- Select the item to open the item view page.
- Select the 3 dots button.
- Select the action to Edit item or Delete item.

Pricing items from My Collection
To help with pricing your item, on the item view page you can also review detailed market data such as:
- Median sold price
- Sales format
- Sold price range
- Number of sellers, listings and sold listings
- Recent listings which have already sold, including their date of sale and sold price
This information is based on the past 90 days of market data, but you can also toggle to the past month and week if needed or view data for an individual day by hovering over the graph.
Pricing is updated on a daily basis and when a new item is added. If you don't see your pricing update, swipe down in the app or refresh the page on desktop. Close out of the app and re-open if pricing is still not refreshing.
Tip
The price we recommend for your card is based on previous sales of the card on eBay. We don't take into account irrelevant or inaccurately described listings and we exclude unpaid items.
