I called before I ordered, and the person who answered was happy to answer a few questions. Shipping was very prompt, and the engine shipped from the Dallas, TX area to the Southeast in just a few days. The engine was nicely wrapped and attached to a sturdy, clean pallet. The shipping company was courteous, used a liftgate, and a powered pallet jack. The engine itself is a clean JDM K24A and appears to be low milage and in good shape from what I've seen so far. Really excellent overall!
