Specifically, these cables allow you to use a lightning USB connector to charge and sync your Apple device with the USB and/or auxiliary (AUX) ports in your car or SUV. If your BMW or MINI has a USB/AUX Input port, you can directly charge your iPhone/iPad/iPod and have the names of any songs appear on your vehicle’s stereo or center console display. You will have simultaneous control of your mobile device and the vehicle’s stereo. If your BMW or MINI only has an AUX Input port, you can use these cables to play your device's music through your vehicle’s stereo.
