Great Keyboard but most online functions don't work

The device looks good (there is a big scratch on screen though). The interface design is great. The keyboard is so far very responsive and despite of its size, it feels so good. But Most online services don't seem to work. I can't connect to any of the email services. And these non-functional services occupies 4/9 of the main menu, which really sucks. And I see no way personalize the main menu. The reasons for the non-functionality may be: 1, these services are already shut down; 2, I'm not using at&t sim card. Luckily, I can still receive and send email via sms gateway (you can google this). Another thing is that they decide to put all the apps and useful tool into My Stuff and fill the main menu with garbage services. I can't even locate some of the useful tools like stopwatch. That's bullshit. But I still like this phone because of its keyboard. I would be happier if it's mono lcd display and had long battery life.
